This morning we did activity 1 for the summer learning journey. The activity was colouring in online. Here is my colouring

Currently my class is doing our writing about documentary’s. we watched the beginning of three documentary’s. documentary’s are little movies that tell you the unknown background of things. There are subjects of documentary’s. here is my study of the three documentary’s.

Least week on Friday we did a poster of a magazines of different thing my group, me, mikayla and cade. Our one was about sea life. We chose the article seaweed.

This week we are doing storybytes! Where we have to answer questions that have to do with the story. There are different levels for people that read very well and some not very well. This week we are doing it about iPhones. We are learning how to answer questions about the story and what type of questions t

This week we were introduced to a website called education perfect.  Education perfect is used for a lot of different subjects English maths reading ect. We use it for maths. This week and probably for the rest of this term we are focusing on fractions and decimals. If we have finished what we have been assigned we usually go on prototec or Timestables.com.

This Thursday we did cross country. This cross country the year 7’s did 3 laps of the field including the bike track. Year 8’s did 4 laps of the field. Once we did 1 lap of the field we had to pick up an ice block stick from mr Todd. The first group to go were the year 7’s once they did their laps the year 8’s went on and did their 4 laps. We were allowed to walk but a lot of people did a little bit of running and walked the rest of the way. Me, Kayleigh and Hazel walked most of the way and talked. Every person that participated got 20 points for their house!
